Harper Government Invests in Canada's Wild Blueberry Industry

Ottawa, Ontario, November 15, 2012 – Member of Parliament Scott Armstrong, (Cumberland–Colchester–Musquodoboit Valley), on behalf of Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz, will be at the opening ceremonies for the Wild Blueberry Producers Association of Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting at the Glengarry Convention Centre in Truro, Nova Scotia, Friday, November 16, to announce an investment in support of Canada's wild blueberry industry that will increase its international competitiveness. The Member will highlight the benefits of Growing Forward 2's Innovation and Growth Agenda.
